I had a mixed experience at Hotel Spring Valley. The room I booked had charging points that didn't work, and I had to rely on the staff for hot water. On the upside, the staff were attentive and the location wasn’t an issue. Overall, if you're on a budget and can compromise on some cleanliness, this hotel could work for you.
